The new parking plan went into effect April 9, 2021 after all markings were completed. A letter with tow card was mailed to all owners on March 24, 2021. If you have not received your letter/tow card by next week (April 17, 2021), please send an email to CVI’s Ami Bowers at abowers@cviinc.com to request a new card and one will be sent out to you.
If you are renting your home, it is very important that you pass this important information on to your tenants so that they are aware of the parking changes.
Please be sure to inform your contractors and guests to park in unmarked spaces while on the property.
We encourage all residents to be patient while everyone adjusts to the new parking policy. We strongly recommend that towing of vehicles be used ONLY as a last resort after attempting to identify an offending vehicle and speaking with the vehicle owner.
In the event that removal of a vehicle from an assigned space is necessary, please reference your tow letter which provides the detailed steps on the towing process.
