- Emergency calls will be handled as soon as possible.
- All interior condo unit & interior building non-emergency maintenance work are postponed until further notice.
- Common area exterior building and grounds maintenance continue to be on-going.
- Please use all necessary precautions as stipulated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for you, your family, and household residents if maintenance needs to enter your home in cases of emergencies.
- Be sure to utilize your personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, disinfectant, etc.) as recommended by the CDC while traveling in the common areas and utilizing the laundry, storage and trash rooms.
- All notifications to residents will be via email blast and/or available on the website. There will be no posting of flyers on the bulletin boards or door-to-door. If your email is not already on file with CVI, please email Ami Bowers at abowers@cviinc.com with your name, address, and email to be added.
- The CDC and other qualified health officials should continue to be the primary source of current information and guidance regarding COVID-19.
